This allows the gimbal to control focus, taking photos, and recording videos. (Check the FeiyuTech official website for compatible cameras).
2) Bluetooth Connection Control: Turn on Bluetooth on the camera (method varies by camera, see compatibility list on FeiyuTech website). Open Feiyu Scorp App →Pair Bluetooth with gimbal→Click More→Camera control→Make sure camera control button is on→Select the correct Bluetooth for camera→ Pairing

18. How to use the tracking function of the AI Tracking Module?

1) Three-click F1 button to turn on the AI Tracking module , the AI module indicator will turn on with red light, and the AI character will displayed in the mid of the left side of the screen.
2) Activate Tracking: Face the AI module sensor within 1~3 meters and make an "OK" gesture. Upon successful tracking, the indicator changes from red to green. Alternatively, face the AI module sensor and long-press the F1 button to activate tracking.
3) Exit Tracking: Face the AI module sensor within 1~3 meters, make a gesture with both fists and thumbs pointing towards each other.
Or face the AI module sensor and long-press F1 to stop tracking.
Or face the AI module sensor and make the "OK" gesture again to stop tracking (to use “OK”gesture to stop tracking, you must wait more than 3 seconds after starting tracking with "OK" gesture).`

19. How to adjust framing during AI face tracking?

Method 1: While tracking is active, extend both thumbs and index fingers simultaneously, with thumbs pointing towards each other and index fingers pointing upwards (the tracking indicator will be green and blink rapidly). Tracking will pause automatically. Let the subject move to the desired framing position. Then, make the same gesture again to stop re-framing (the tracking indicator changes from fast blinking green to solid green). Re-framing is complete and tracking resumes.
Method 2: While tracking is active, directly push the joystick to adjust the framing.

20. What to do if AI tracking doesn't respond when trying to activate it?

1) Turn the AI Power option OFF and ON again, or restart the gimbal.
2) Confirm if the gimbal is currently in AI tracking mode. If not, return to AI tracking mode.
3) Environments that are too dark or overexposed will affect tracking performance. So avoid using it in overly dark or bright environments.

21. Feiyu Scorp App shows it’s connected to the gimbal, but the gimbal is uncontrollable by the app. What to do?

1) Ensure Bluetooth is turned ON on your phone.
2) Reopen the Feiyu Scorp App and search for the gimbal's Bluetooth to reconnect. (A Bluetooth icon will appear on the gimbal screen upon successful connection).
3) Close the Feiyu Scorp App from your phone's multitasking interface, restart the gimbal, and reconnect.

22. Feiyu Scorp App cannot detect the gimbal's Bluetooth name. What to do?

1) Check if the gimbal is already connected to another phone. If yes, turn off Bluetooth or disconnect on that phone, then search with the current phone.
2) Restart the gimbal and try connecting again.
3) Move the gimbal at least 50 meters away from its current location and try searching again.
4) Clear the Bluetooth pairing first: Push the joystick downwards and triple-tap the F2 button. Restart the gimbal, then try connecting again.

23. Bluetooth firmware upgrade: Can't connect to WiFi or upgrade fails. What to do?

(1) Make sure the WiFi SSID contains no characters besides English characters, otherwise it will not be shown up in the app; make sure the gimbal is in the WiFi coverage area; make sure that your WiFi network is working normally; Make sure the bandwidth of the WiFi is 2.4GHz rather than 5GHz.
(2) Unlike other kinds of firmware, Bluetooth firmware is upgraded through WiFi network, so you need to enter the correct password of your WiFi. Make sure the password contains no spaces, otherwise it will not connect successfully.
(3) If the update fails, please restart the gimbal and the APP and try to update again. Or switch to another WiFi network and update the Bluetooth firmware again.

24. I can’t update firmware for AI Firmware on the Feiyu Scorp App, how to resolve this issue?

1) Ensure the AI Power option is ON: On the screen home page, swipe from right to left, tap More, confirm AI Power is ON.
2) Ensure the WiFi network name (SSID) consists only of English letters, numbers, or common English symbols. If the SSID contains Chinese or other non-English characters, the gimbal will not push the network to the Feiyu Scorp App. Also, ensure the gimbal is within proper range of the connected WiFi network. Finally, ensure the WiFi network has normal internet access.
3) After the Feiyu Scorp App connects to SCORP-C 2, click More > Firmware infor in the app, tap AI Firmware Upgrade and tap your WiFi SSID, enter the password (8 characters or more). Ensure the password has no spaces, especially at the end. Note that incorrect passwords or spaces will cause network connection failure and upgrade failure.
4) If the firmware upgrade fails, restart both the gimbal and the Feiyu Scorp App and try again. Or switch to another available WiFi network and retry the AI firmware upgrade.
5) The AI firmware upgrades process is relatively slow, so please be patient. The upgrade process takes about 6 minutes to complete.

25. How to enter the forced upgrade mode on the gimbal?

When gimbal off, press and hold the knob function switching button + power button about 3 seconds, release the power button, then release the knob function switching button; The screen prompts”Upgrading”, then force shutdown the gimbal by press the FPV button + knob function switching button; Next, turn the gimbal on, and upgrade the “Motor firmware” by Feiyu Scorp App. App forced upgrade only supports upgrading “Motor firmware” and “Gimbal firmware”, other firmware is not supported;

26. I accidentally entered the forced firmware upgrade mode. How to exit?

When the screen displays "The system enters the forced upgrade state", it means it is in forced upgrade mode. In this case, press and hold the gimbal's power button for more than 8 seconds, then release the button and restart the gimbal to exit this mode.

27. What do the screen prompts E2~E5 mean?

E2 indicates handle idling protection;
E3 indicates overload protection;
E4 indicates gimbal vibration;
E5 indicates gimbal internal error (including initialization failure, firmware mismatch);
